These terms govern the use of this website, the purchase of products from OCUDERM Dermatology and Aesthetics, and the scheduling of appointments with our office. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.

Final sales

All our products and items are denoted as final sale. All products and/or items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.

Appointments

You can reschedule your appointment only once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments are not transferable. The deposit is not refundable.

If for any reason your appointment is cancelled by our office, you will receive a full refund.

Appointments will not be covered by health insurance. You are agreeing to cover the cost of the appointment.

No medical advice

Everything on this site — treatment descriptions, product notes, and Dr. Watts’ recommendations — is general information, not medical advice. Reading it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A plan for your skin can only come from an in-person evaluation.

If you have a medical concern, book a consultation. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Products

Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Stock is limited to what the office holds; if an item is unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund that item. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors.

Scheduling and third-party services

Appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduling, an outside service with its own terms and privacy policy. Payment processing, where applicable, is also handled by third parties. We do not control those services.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, design and layout of this site belong to OCUDERM unless noted otherwise. Brand names, logos and product photography belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we dispense.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OCUDERM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or of products purchased through it. Nothing here limits liability for the professional medical care we provide, which is governed by the applicable standard of care and by Puerto Rico law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
